The market is dominated by 4-room flats, which accounted for 428 sales — nearly half of all transactions — followed by 3-room (189 sales), 5-room (178 sales), Executive (87 sales), and 2-room (27 sales).

4-room flats carried a median price of $618,000 ($590 PSF), while 5-room flats came in at $772,500 ($588 PSF) — the two largest flat types sit close in PSF terms.
