How the checker works
We mirror the published HDB eligibility rules as of 2026: the five main schemes (Public, Fiancé/Fiancée, Single SC, Joint Singles, Non-Citizen Spouse), 2024's updated income ceilings (S$14,000 for 4-room+, S$7,000 for 2-room Flexi), the 30-month private-property wash-out period, and the standard CPF grants (EHG, Family Grant, Singles Grant).
What we don't check (because they depend on the specific block, not on you): the Ethnic Integration Policy quota, the SPR quota per block, mature- estate 3-room income ceilings (S$7,000 vs S$14,000), and the Proximity Housing Grant (which needs your parents' address). We surface these as caveats in the result.
