Centro Residences Master Bedroom for Rent – Co-Living Setup

A master bedroom unit available for rent in Centro Residences, offered under a co-living arrangement with a total of 6 rooms in the unit. The room is in move-in condition and is fully furnished. Only one occupant per room is permitted. Monthly rent is S$2,400, with an additional S$70 aircon fee on top of rent. A monthly maintenance fee of S$60–$70 also applies. Utilities (air-conditioning, gas, and water) are covered up to S$400 per month, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Weekly cleaning of common areas and the room is provided. Access to condo facilities — including swimming pool, gym, BBQ pits, jacuzzi, and 24-hour security — is included. House rules include no smoking, no pets, light cooking only, and visitors permitted only before 10pm with no overnight stays allowed. There is no landlord residing on the premises. A 7-day warranty period applies to the room upon move-in, and minor repair costs are capped at S$200 (first S$200 borne by tenant for the room, or divided per head for communal areas; excess is covered by the company). Additional costs borne by the tenant include stamp duty (0.004 × rent × number of months) and an admin fee of S$54.50. There is no early exit clause and no diplomatic clause. A non-refundable booking fee of S$300 (applied as part of the security deposit) is required to secure the room, on a first-come-first-served basis. Minimum lease term is 1 year.
